Behavioral Case

It was nice. The people were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me better on a personal level. We talked about my hobbies and what drives me. I also went through a case interview where I was presented with a hypothetical scenario: imagine Canada Goose wants to expand into warmer climates.

Behavioral Technical

Overall positive interview process - a few technical questions and a few get to know me questions but mostly basic things that are asked in every interview. The interviewers seemed a bit disinterested but they probably had a lot of interviews that day.

Technical Behavioral

It was a 3-stage process. First, an HR interview, then a hiring manager chat, and finally, I met with the VP. The interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral questions, and they were of average difficulty. The people were nice, but I felt misled about the actual role.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe a model you have constructed?
  • What would you identify as your greatest weakness?
