- Can you share instances from your past work that are relevant to this role?
Marketing Assistant
I applied and got a call the next day for an interview. The first interview was like a meeting where they asked about my marketing and prospecting experience. They were really friendly and told me about the job. They said they were interviewing others and I'd hear back in about a week and a half. A week later, I got an email for a second meeting the next day. I met with a senior manager, chatted about my skills, and was offered the job. It was a fast and easy process, and they were super friendly.
- What's your comfort level with phone communication?
Marketing Executive
So, basically, first there was like a quick chat to see if I'm a good fit, you know? Then, I had a more technical chat with some of the main people on the team. It was all pretty smooth and professional, they were clear about everything and really focused on if I knew my stuff for the job.
- What would your previous manager say about you if asked?
