Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Camunda.
Product Manager
The recruiters contacted me twice, and each time I was rejected. It felt like they didn't have a clear idea of what they were looking for. Either the job requirements changed, or I had a seemingly good interview and was then suddenly rejected without any explanation. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I won't be considering any future contact from this company.
- Could you describe your current position and outline your duties?
Principal Product Manager
It was a typical interview process, starting with a chat with HR and then going through a bunch of rounds with different people. They were really professional and upfront about everything. You could tell they really wanted to find the right person.
- Tell me about times you worked with senior leaders.
- How do you typically approach working with senior leadership?
Technical Product Manager
I applied for the job and was contacted quickly by the Lead Product Manager. We had a 30-minute video call that focused mainly on business and technical aspects of the BPM field. Next, I had another video call with the CTO, which was mostly about my technical background. Although they eventually decided to stop the hiring process, I found it to be a good experience overall.
- Do you have BPM knowledge?
- What's your technical background?
