Community Assistant
I applied for a position at one of Campus Advantage's places. After I sent my resume through email, the management got in touch with me really fast to set up an interview. The interview itself felt super relaxed and only took about 15 minutes. Even though there were other people applying, they let me know about a week later that they were offering me the job.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Could you share an example of a challenge you've faced and overcome in a previous job?
- What do you consider to be your main strengths and weaknesses?
Community Assistant
Applied online, heard back after a few months from another CA. CAs conducted a three-part interview: first a group interview, then a two-on-one, and finally a one-on-one with the general manager.
- Can you sell me this cup?
Community Assistant
I interviewed with the leasing manager at the clubhouse. Some other people interviewing at the same time had both the leasing manager and general manager interview them, but the general manager wasn't available when I went in. After they asked me some questions, we walked around the community, and stopped at the model. While there, we discussed the different floor plans and the job's compensation, which includes free housing and utilities, plus a commission for every apartment leased.
- What feedback would your previous manager give you regarding areas for improvement?
