Other Technical Presentation Case

It included an online timed writing assessment, then a 30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager just to confirm my interest. After that there were 4 1:1 interviews, followed by another writing assessment, and then a power point assessment. The last part was a pseudo case, meaning it was more of a 'how would you do this' type of question rather than actual calculating. Overall, the situation was pretty low pressure. The first writing assessment wasn't too fun because you do it via some web interface rather than word, but the second one you're given MS Word and several options to choose from. For a consulting interview, it really was pretty light weight.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation Other

Had a phone screen, some writing tests, interviews, and a power point test, plus a case study. Most of the tests were about general work skills, not really analytical stuff, except for the case study. The case study was a bit rough, the consultant seemed to pull it from memory and left out key details. I had to point out the missing info and ask about different scenarios. Nobody had read my resume, and one manager was kind of negative about my past work, saying things like 'don't expect to be given the ability to do that here'. Not a great experience.

Technical Case Behavioral Other

This whole thing moved super fast because they really needed someone with my background right away. It started with an HR phone screen, then a writing test or sample, followed by a phone interview with the main hiring manager. After that, I had case and behavioral interviews with a project manager and two other consultants. The final step was an interview with the hiring manager again. The whole process took less than three weeks from start to finish.
