First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Campari Group.
Marketing Intern
I went through 2 interview steps. The first was with a very friendly HR person who asked some general questions about what I think of the company and my interests. The second was with a team manager who asked more in-depth questions about my work experience. The only downside is that they don't offer any job security after the internship, so it will probably end after 6 months.
- Which brands do you admire in terms of marketing and communication?
Marketing Intern
The interview had 3 parts: first, I had a chat with HR where they asked me various questions and told me about the program. Second, we had a group interview where we had to introduce ourselves and do an activity together. Lastly, I had a virtual interview with two Marketing people.
- Which object do you identify with?
Marketing Intern
Had a chat on Teams with an HR manager. They asked general questions about my studies and previous work experience. Also asked a couple of questions about projects I've worked on and my knowledge of the brand. Overall, it was a well-structured and pleasant interview.
- Tell me about a difficult moment in your academic or work experience and how you handled it.
