First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Campari Group.
Manager
I had 3 interviews and didn't get an offer. The first two interviews were behavioral questions, and it was hard to know what they were looking for, but I think I showed I had the skills. The third interview was with a VP where they asked more abstract questions like about the department's role in the company. They also made comments about not needing heroes. Given my resume, I'm not sure if that was a factor in those comments. At times, it felt like the VP wanted to debate and was argumentative, looking for reasons not to hire me. I thought this was odd for a manager position, though maybe expected for a more senior role. The interviewer and someone I would work with closely seemed smug and had big egos. They weren't focused on my job skills but rather quizzed me on my views and then challenged them. I was happy not to get an offer.

Commercial Manager
There were two 1-hour interviews. The first one was with the HR manager and the second one with the area director. A lot of questions were asked about knowledge of the job and mastery of the marketing mix.
- What is your name, sir?
Maintenance Manager
I was contacted by a head-hunter who conducted an initial screening call. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the plant director and the HR business partner. The discussion was general about my personal skills and reasons for changing jobs.
- How have you used SAP in your previous roles?
- Can you describe your experience with developing and implementing maintenance plans?
- What is your approach to managing preventive and predictive maintenance?
