I went to their Tampa office for an in-person interview. The hiring manager, Mike, was really nice and easy to talk to. They asked me back for another interview, but I turned it down because the job wasn't really what I was looking for; it seemed more sales-focused than customer service.

There were 2 rounds. The first was just a preliminary chat with the HR person. The second was with an Account Executive who went into more detail about the job and the pay.

Since I was applying from out of state, they sent me a link to do a video interview. It was a bit of a surprise because I was expecting someone to be on screen to chat with. Instead, you get 30 seconds to prep for a question, and then you record your answer. There were 5 questions in total, and you only got one shot at recording your response. So if you freaked out or stumbled over your words, you just had to keep going.
