First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Campaign Development.
Management Trainee
The interview process was quick. After applying online, I had a short phone interview and then was invited for an in-person interview. I met with Mike on a Monday for about 20 minutes. It was mainly a 'get to know you' session, covering some background info and details about the company and its clients. I was then scheduled for a second interview the following morning. I was informed that all second interviews start at 8:15 am and typically last around 30 minutes, depending on the Senior Account Executive assigned.
- Can you share an instance where your integrity was tested?
- If you had to pick just one word to describe yourself, what would it be?
Account Manager
This is a three day process that seems way too long. On the third day, you have to shadow a current Account Manager for over 10 hours, and it's not paid. Also, you won't get paid for training until you manage to sell a certain number of phones. Don't bother wasting your time or gas unless you're fine with spending the entire day in the car and walking around to different businesses trying to sell T-Mobile phones. It's all commission-based.

Account Executive
Since I was applying from out of state, they sent me a link to do a video interview. It was a bit of a surprise because I was expecting someone to be on screen to chat with. Instead, you get 30 seconds to prep for a question, and then you record your answer. There were 5 questions in total, and you only got one shot at recording your response. So if you freaked out or stumbled over your words, you just had to keep going.
- What are the three most crucial aspects of your career?
Sales Representative
It's a pretty chill interview process. The first interview is with Mike who will tell you he's not passing your resume to HR but will personally invite you for a second interview. This second interview will be with another senior person and will also be super easy. They are all good conversationalists, so just stay calm and you'll do great.
- Could you tell me a little about yourself?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- What do you prioritize most: financial rewards, a supportive team environment, or a positive work experience?
