My interview journey began with a friendly phone chat with Whitney Montavelo, a recruiting manager. She really helped me get a feel for what it's like to work at CAMP Systems, explaining the company's structure, where its offices are, and its culture. After that, Whitney stayed in touch and set up an interview with the team I would be joining. This interview was a mix of getting to know each other and discussing my background and software engineering knowledge. Even though I wasn't the perfect fit for that specific team, Whitney was super nice and said she'd keep me in mind for other roles that might be a better match.

Had a screening call, then talked with an architect about general programming stuff. They asked for my availability for a final interview, but scheduled it at a time I never gave. Then I got an email meant for others saying I confirmed then backed out, which was unprofessional. I replied with my actual availability and withdrew from the process. Felt like I dodged a bullet.

I was contacted by a recruiter. The first round was a phone interview followed by an on-site interview. The interview went well however they never got back to me on the results. I kept following up with them for more than a month and every time they had the same answer - they need some time and are deciding. HR and management should understand the importance of an individual's time and effort as well since both the sides time is precious
