Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CAMP Systems.
Analyst
It was easy. You just need to be yourself. There were two rounds. Be curious and ask a lot of questions. There were a lot of behavioral questions.
- Do you have any prior aviation knowledge?
Analyst
The interview process started with HR phone interviews for an initial screening and CV review. Following that, a small technical test was administered, and then a panel interview took place. The entire process was timely and smooth, and the people involved were kind, making it a good experience overall.
- Can you walk me through your background?
- What's the reason for the gap in your CV?
- Could you elaborate on your technical skills?
Analyst
The interview process was very unprofessional. The analysts who were supposed to interview me couldn't find the VP, kept laughing, and just threw questions at me, making it very awkward. Even though I didn't feel excited about the role after the interview, I sent a long, well-thought-out thank you email to each of them, but got no reply. I contacted HR three times and finally heard they were interviewing other candidates. It was very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and awkward. The role is open because an analyst is leaving; I wonder why...
- Can you tell me about your Excel skills?
- What about your coursework?
- And your projects?
