Software Engineer
It was a pretty simple React application, kinda similar to their website's functionality. You should check out their website for hints about their tech stack, which includes things like GraphQL, React, and TypeScript.

Software Engineer
The hiring process was super smooth! Julia from recruiting was really helpful the whole way, giving good feedback and guidance. They were flexible with my schedule and the whole thing from start to offer took about 2 weeks. My process included a recruiter screen, a technical screen, and then a half day on-site with 4 one-on-one interviews (3 technical, 1 cultural). It ended with a final chat with the CEO, which was a nice touch! I was a bit intimidated at first, but everyone was really friendly, kind, and supportive, which made it a smooth experience. My advice is to relax; you'll do fine if you know your full stack concepts.

- Do you understand back end concepts?

Software Engineer Intern
The recruitment process was top-notch, with super fast responses after applying. Julia, the recruiter, was incredibly helpful, keeping me informed and updated at every turn. The engineers, Morgan and Merissa, were really friendly and gave me great insights into the company. My interview process included a phone screening, a fun and relaxed technical assessment which was a full-stack (React/Express) web development project, a one-hour technical Zoom interview, and a 30-minute behavioral Zoom interview. The technical assessment involved implementing a set of requirements for a web app. Then, the technical interview involved live-coding and adding more features to the project I submitted. It was a very chill experience; it felt like pair-programming with a buddy rather than a job interview. Overall, the Cameo team provided a fantastic interview experience, and by the end, I felt like my skills were thoroughly assessed for the role.
