My recruiter back home set me up with recruiters in other areas, and then I had a bunch of video interviews where I met a lot of the leaders in those regions. Everything went well on the calls, and they made me feel pretty comfortable. One of the interviews was a group one with some other people applying.

The interview process was really good overall. Dominique was great and reached out after the career fair to get things started. Dominique and I had a short phone chat for the first interview, and it went well. Then, there was a group Zoom interview with other candidates, which was competitive but also fun and welcoming. Meeting Danielle and Paul for the final call made me realize what a great community Camden has, and I felt welcomed and supported throughout the whole process.

I applied online and then got an email about talking with current employees. I ended up chatting with several property managers, and they were all really friendly. I made it to the end but then never heard back at all, no acceptance or rejection.
