The application process was bad. It had 3 rounds. First was a take-home coding challenge, due in 2 days. I submitted it but got no confirmation, even after emailing. They then decided I passed without feedback and scheduled the next round. The second round was a panel interview with a technical lead, asking typical questions. They asked my salary expectations, which seemed like a bad sign. The last round was with the development director from the UK and involved behavioral questions. After that, there was silence. The recruiter didn't reply to my follow-up emails for feedback, which was unprofessional. It felt like a waste of time.

Technical Coding

Resume screening -> technical interview -> final interview. Our interviewers are professionals and keep you updated throughout the hiring process. However, we use Leetcode interviews for technical exams. We should change our hiring process. Leetcode/competitive programming interviews are very disconnected from the job responsibilities and do not demonstrate engineering experience, especially for mid and senior devs. Even your own developers know how ineffective Leetcode interviews are.

Coding Technical Behavioral Case

The interview process included an exam with 2 algo and 1 sql problem, done via MS Teams where you screen share and solve monitored. Then a Tech Interview with the team lead, focusing on past projects, tech used, and behavioral/situational questions. Lastly, a Final Interview with the UK hiring manager, mainly technical and situational. HR was great, kept me updated.
