Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC.
Administrative Assistant
I had a recruiter phone interview where they answered all my questions and helped me understand future opportunities. They even suggested other positions that might be a good fit. They were upfront about salary and future growth too. I ended up deciding to apply for a future position that better matched my skills.
- What unique value do you bring to the table?
Administrative Assistant
I found out about this role through a staffing agency. The first step was a phone interview with two HR people. It was a standard chat, where we went over my resume and the details of the job. They mentioned that interviews were still ongoing and I'd hear back in a few days. Since it was just the initial call, no offer was made.
- In a 2-4 year timeframe, what are your long term goals?
- Describe the kind of work environment where you perform best.
- Could you share the salary you earned in your past positions?
Administrative Assistant
I met with 3 other admins who are currently in the role. The interview itself was pretty smooth and the interviewers were really nice and easy to talk to. They asked the usual stuff about my past jobs and why I was interested in this particular role. Nothing too out of the ordinary came up.
- What motivates your desire to leave your current job for this opportunity?
