Behavioral Technical

They were really interested in me at first. It was a small team, so I interviewed with pretty much everyone on the team. It took months to get through everyone though. Everyone I met said I seemed like a great fit, but then they ghosted me and ignored all my calls and emails about next steps. They wasted my time and energy.

Behavioral Other

I talked to 3-4 people in each of the 4 rounds. Everyone I met was in the department but had different jobs. Some talks were more professional than others and the order I met people in didn't make sense with seniority, like I met the head of the team before other members. During one interview, someone was totally inappropriate and asked unrelated questions (like where my family members work) and was also texting on their phone.

Behavioral

Applied after receiving employee referral as a rising college junior. HR requested a phone interview, primarily fit and behavioral questions. Was asked to return for a super day. Structured as three interviews with the department MDs between three final candidates. Again primarily behavioral questions, but each interview was very similar. Process: Screening phone interview (20 minutes) Super day - Three 30 minute interviews
