Behavioral Case

The interview process involved behavioral questions and a case study at the end. The questions were really interesting and focused on how you would handle different scenarios, with a strong emphasis on finance and economics. Having a background in that area would definitely make it easier.

Behavioral Technical

I went to a couple of info sessions on campus, which had some alumni and other reps. I applied through the school's job site and heard back in about 10 days. The interview was at my school's career center with one person I'd already met. They asked mostly behavioral stuff, plus a few general questions about the industry, like about economic trends. It was a pretty average experience; the interviewer was nice and let me talk about why I wanted to work at CA, even though I'm not a finance major.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe a situation where you experienced conflict within a team?
  • What are your thoughts on a recent macroeconomic trend?
