The interview process here is something to avoid. Based on what others have said, they don't actually plan on hiring anyone and seem to be looking for free consulting. They've had the same job openings for over a year. You go through several interviews where you have to present a case study outlining your strategy for the position. The team takes extensive notes on your strategy and then tells you they're not moving forward. They claim to be profitable and funded, but they lack a clear direction in this industry, which is another reason to steer clear.

Started with a case with 3 questions: 2 easy on pricing/finances and one much more detailed on a Marketing plan (list of influencers, channels for advertising, etc.). Second step was a surprising and weird interview. During a one hour interview, the interviewer didn't ask about my profile or experiences. 80% of the interview was spent on asking detailed questions on what I would do to develop the business in my country: what influencers I would work with, what Apps are famous, what messages to communicate, what channels for ads, etc. Interviewer insisted on me writing the answers in the chat. After one hour, the interviewer had no time for my questions. It seems like a scam, and no one seems to have been recruited in 2 months. A disgusting way of treating people.

The whole interview process went pretty well. It took about 2 months from the first contact to the final offer. Right from the start, the main coordinator let me know that they were very picky about who they hired for this job. It was going to involve several rounds of interviews and might take a while to wrap up. Since I really wanted the job, I got myself prepped. As I thought, there were multiple interview rounds, plus an exercise. The interviewers were laid-back and friendly, but also very thorough. The way the interviews were structured and conducted changed depending on who was interviewing. It seemed like each person was looking to assess specific traits, skills, or areas. Moving from one stage to the next was seamless. Some of the interviews felt intense but were still friendly. It’s important to know Cambly's product and mission before interviewing there. The interviewers usually connect many questions and your responses back to Cambly. If you're not prepared for that, you'll struggle. Overall, the interviews were relaxed and pleasant but really dug deep.
