I had a scheduled two hour interview that actually went for four hours and started and ended an hour late. They picked me up in a really gross car and didn't even tell me where we were going. Towards the end, they mentioned it was all commission-based sales with no base salary. Even after I said I needed a salary-paid job, they wanted me to fill out another '3rd interview sheet' and wait for a manager, despite knowing I had a doctor's appointment. I waited 15 minutes and then left.

It was a 3-round interview process. The first round was a quick 30-minute chat about my resume, previous work history, and schooling. It was a pretty basic interview. The second round involved a full-day shadow with a corporate trainer or assistant manager, lasting about 7-8 hours, where I got to see the business in action. If I passed that, the third round involved a few more questions about how I'd handle the job and my thoughts on the position.

You have to go through two interviews in order to become a part of the company. It's very competitive and they don't really tell you a lot to see how you deal with adversity. The interviews are conducted in pairs of two most of the time and others they are called in one by one. They will weed out everyone on their first interview and you will get a call back the day of to see if you made the second interview.
