The interview process felt a bit strange. It started with a phone interview where the District Manager (DM) was late. Then, there was a Skype interview with the DM, and finally, a phone interview with the Stores Director. The DM and Stores Director didn't seem as polished as I would expect from a company like this. It felt more like being interviewed for a sorority.

I went through two interviews, but both the people I spoke with no longer work at the company. First, I met with the district manager. She seemed really distracted and couldn't concentrate during our chat. She asked some standard questions like why I'd want to leave my current job for this one, how I've made a difference previously, and how I envision contributing to the store.

Sent my resume to the VP and got a call back within 2 days for an interview that same week. The first interview was 1-on-1 and it went great, though the space was a bit small and cramped. Two days later, I had a phone interview which also went well. Then I was asked to come in to start training, and it was the same week. So far, everyone on staff is nice and friendly, and it really feels like a family atmosphere. The store is pretty laid back too.

I spoke with the hiring manager. She asked me some general questions to learn about my past retail experience. The interview was brief and efficient. The manager was friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere, making me feel at ease.
