The interview process involved an initial HR/Hiring Manager contact, followed by a project assignment with a one-week deadline, and concluded with an in-person presentation. It was a smooth and thorough process, largely conversational with no pressure. The people I met were all very nice and kind.

Had a video call with Sr. design director for 1st round and the EVP of design for final interview. It was very casual where they talk about the company culture and the team structure.

Behavioral Presentation

This was the most disorganized and unprofessional interview experience ever, a complete waste of my time. I had an interview with the Design Director who said they would email me a project prompt and that I would interview with the VP next, but I never heard from them even after following up. Then, the head of recruitment emailed me and requested an interview. During that interview, she told me I would do a project. I never received an email about this project over the month these interviews took place. Then they ghosted me. It was a complete lack of professionalism and organization. Given how they handled this one interview, I wouldn't want to work there knowing how the company is run overall.
