First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CALVIN KLEIN.
Senior Brand Marketing Manager
I applied online and about two months later, HR reached out for a screening interview. Then I talked to the hiring manager and some senior folks on the team. Things went quiet for a bit because the team was changing, and after about three months of delays, they decided to move forward with other candidates.
- Can you share your experience with out-of-home marketing campaigns?
Sales Associate
The interview was pretty straightforward. They didn't really ask much, mainly just about my past work experience and my availability. The person who interviewed me was super nice. I actually got an offer for a supervisor role, so I took it.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- Are you able to commit to a full-time schedule?
Visual Merchandising Analyst
The company was very empathetic and professional when letting me know I wasn't the right fit for the role. The hiring manager scheduled a follow-up meeting (via Meet) to explain in detail why my profile wasn't selected. While I was sad about not getting the position, I was happier to know that a true professional understood my profile better and even gave me feedback. Congrats to the management/team.
- What is your market experience?
- What does your work mean to you?
Customer Service Representative
The interview had scenario-based and product knowledge questions. It's a good idea to research the company beforehand. The manager was a bit late and seemed distracted during the interview, which was a downside. I'd say there were around 10 questions asked.
- Questions about teamwork and recent collaborations.
- How you go about dealing with difficult customers.
- Problem-solving questions.
