I applied online and about two months later, HR reached out for a screening interview. Then I talked to the hiring manager and some senior folks on the team. Things went quiet for a bit because the team was changing, and after about three months of delays, they decided to move forward with other candidates.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They didn't really ask much, mainly just about my past work experience and my availability. The person who interviewed me was super nice. I actually got an offer for a supervisor role, so I took it.

The company was very empathetic and professional when letting me know I wasn't the right fit for the role. The hiring manager scheduled a follow-up meeting (via Meet) to explain in detail why my profile wasn't selected. While I was sad about not getting the position, I was happier to know that a true professional understood my profile better and even gave me feedback. Congrats to the management/team.

The interview had scenario-based and product knowledge questions. It's a good idea to research the company beforehand. The manager was a bit late and seemed distracted during the interview, which was a downside. I'd say there were around 10 questions asked.
