Software QA Engineer
The interview process started with a telephonic round which I felt I did well, getting a 5/5 rating from the interviewer. Next, a Skype round was scheduled and the feedback was very positive. Then came the manager/technical Skype round. The manager, surprisingly, seemed unfamiliar with basic networking concepts and started asking questions. Despite my explanations, he insisted my answers were incorrect, even though he lacked fundamental networking knowledge. To make matters worse, he admitted at the start that he didn't have my resume and hadn't reviewed it, proceeding to ask about skills I'd never heard of, as if I were a robot. I'm a QA professional, not an all-knowing entity. After the interview, I followed up with HR, who gave me the runaround with scheduling feedback ('tomorrow', then 'next week', then 'again next week'). The HR person was also unresponsive to emails. Eventually, through a friend, I learned the manager's feedback was that I was good at security and firewalls but not 'entire networking,' which is baffling given I had already passed two rounds focused purely on technical/networking aspects. My sincere request is that companies stop wasting candidates' time and playing games for their amusement.

Software QA Engineer
There were 3 rounds in the interview process. The first round focused on basic manual testing questions. The second round was technical and a bit challenging, mainly asking questions based on real-life scenarios. The final round was an HR round where they inquired about salary expectations and availability for joining.

Senior QA Engineer
So there were 3 rounds total, 2 technical and then 1 manager round. The first round was a skype interview and they asked some basic manual testing questions. Then the second round had more manual testing questions and also questions about projects I'd worked on. The manager round was about my experience and seeing how comfortable I am with clients.
