So I started with a recruiter call, then had a virtual chat with a senior software engineer. The last part was a 2-hour in-person thing with a business analyst and some other senior engineers, where I did a whiteboard coding test, another coding test, and a SQL assessment.

I had one interview that was split into two parts. First, I met with the hiring team, which included the director and two managers. They asked me standard interview questions like 'Tell me about yourself,' 'Why do you want to work here?', and 'Why should we hire you?'. The second part involved answering some brain teaser questions.

I had an interview with the new Director over Teams. She was behind two screens and working the whole time, not making eye contact or smiling. I answered a couple of standard questions, and she didn't share much about the job. Worst interview ever.
