I first had a phone call with HR. They asked me basic stuff like when I could start and then scheduled my interviews. I then had 4 interviews back-to-back over 2 hours, with each interviewer talking to me for 30 minutes. They were all really nice and mostly asked me questions about my behavior and goals. They said they'd get back to me, but it took more than a month for an update.
