Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Call Box.
Account Executive
The interview was conversational and informative, with the interviewer really paying attention to my answers. It lasted about an hour and felt pretty unique, but in a good way. No issues here, and I'm excited about starting.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain why you believe you are a suitable candidate for this role?
Account Executive
It was a pretty straightforward process. I had two phone screens first, and then I came in for a day at the office. The office part involved meeting with several managers, getting a tour, and then chatting with some of the current team members over coffee.
- Tell me about something you are most proud of.
Account Executive
I talked to a manager about my background and what I was looking for in a position. I said I wanted a quality company and manager. I was hustled into this job and they didn't follow through on their word. Terrible management and worse training.
- What makes you interested in this role?
