I had a phone interview because of pregnancy stuff. The medical coordinator, Melissa, was super nice and kept me updated. The call lasted about 30 minutes. The Director of Nursing and a Nursing Supervisor interviewed me. They were really good at making it feel like a conversation. Both were professional and made sure I could ask them to repeat questions if I couldn't hear them well. They finished by asking if I had any questions for them. It was a really good experience overall.

There were long waits for the interview, going past the scheduled time. The interview room was a cold trailer with just a table and chairs. Several supervisor staff, about 3-4, conducted the interviews.

I applied in June 2017 and got an interview call for the end of July 2017. It was a panel interview with 8 RN supervisors from different institutions. They introduced themselves and gave us a binder with questions. We were asked to open the binder when they read a question, and then answer as thoroughly as possible. There were about 8 questions total. They were all very nice and friendly. They apparently score you on a point system from 1-10. I felt like they liked my answers at the time. I got hired the next month.
