You do a physical test then they ask a lot of questions. A lot of which have less to do about your position and more about your personal life. Now I understand you are trying to prevent vulnerable people from the position but it turned me off to it. None of which is their fault.

It was good, they asked questions about excel experience and how to do certain functions on excel. also made me do an extra writing and excel assessment. overall it was good, make sure to provide lots of experience/examples to back up yout answer

The interview was comfortable, and the panel was really helpful and understanding. They asked questions mostly about reviewing legal documents, AOJs, minute orders, plea agreements, and consecutive and concurrent terms. Make sure to study and research these documents online beforehand.

I applied through mail for an SSA position, as their department doesn't accept online applications. After about a month, a recruiter called to see if I was still interested. I confirmed I was, and we scheduled an interview. On the interview day, I had to sign releases for my previous state personnel file. Then, I was taken to a small room to meet with the hiring manager and supervisor. They asked me some standard questions. I noticed the manager didn't know what an Apple Watch was, which seemed like a red flag given the role involves telehealth. Since it was a limited-term position, I asked about the possibility of the previous employee returning. I didn't get a clear answer that this wouldn't happen. After the interview, I sent handwritten thank you notes via mail. I never heard back.
