Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Caliber Collision.
Manager
It was multiple rounds with a different VP each time. It took a long time to get an answer. The interview questions were of average difficulty. The recruiter was a bit inconsiderate of my time and expected me to be available for interviews with little advance notice.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in working at Caliber?
Office Manager
Applying online might not work well because they get too many applications. It's better to apply online and then call the local stores to see if they're hiring. Ask to speak with the Center Manager. The interview can be different depending on who interviews you. They want to see if you're capable, can learn fast, and will prioritize customer service. They also need to know if you can handle multiple tasks, as that's a big part of most jobs.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Office Manager
The interview process was pretty easy. First, I spoke with the Regional Office Manager. It took her a while to get back to me, but eventually, I was scheduled to meet with the Regional Manager. That interview was also quite straightforward with basic questions. Again, I waited a few weeks before I got a call saying I should come into the store, and I was offered the job in person.
