Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Caliber Collision.
Office Administrator
It was a pretty typical in-person interview. It can vary a bit depending on the specific office and manager, but generally, the questions are straightforward and common. Most applications are submitted online, and the job descriptions seem to match what they're looking for.
- What makes you want to join Caliber?
Office Administrator
I found the job on Glassdoor and they got in touch super fast, like within an hour, to set up an interview for the next week. It was a phone call with a Talent Specialist. We chatted about the job duties, my salary expectations, and if I had any questions. They said they'd forward my info to the local store's General Manager and I'd hear back by the end of the next day about whether I'd get a second interview or not. In the end, I didn't get selected for another interview.
- What is your desired salary range?
- Can you confirm your proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook?
- Could you elaborate on your background in the automotive sector?
Office Administrator
The interview process was pretty standard. It began with a phone screening with a recruiter from Texas. He was polite and the call was about 15 minutes, covering my availability, salary expectations, and some details about the role. The on-site interview was with the manager and the office manager. They were both very nice, and the interview was pretty standard.
- Can you describe a typical day in your current role?
