I sent my resume through a craigslist ad, and a few days later, they called to set up an interview. I went in for an interview with the Regional Manager on Friday morning, it was about 30 minutes, and it went really well, very relaxed. She mentioned she'd call me by Thursday the next week. On Monday afternoon, she called asking if I could come in the next day for a second interview with the site manager and office manager. That interview also went well, but it was only 10 minutes and basically just a rundown of the job. The manager commented that I'd be a good fit and able to do the job, and said he'd be in touch after talking to the regional manager. The next day, they called with a job offer.

So it was a two-step process, which was fine, but it was kind of a bummer that they never gave me a final decision. The communication was good at first, but then I felt they could have been more proactive after the interview. Still, I think it would have been a great place to work.

I had a phone call and then went in for an in-person interview where I met with a few different people. The questions they asked were pretty straightforward, and it was easy to answer them. They were typical questions, and no special skills were really needed for a front desk job. Basically, if you're a nice person, you'll get the job.
