Got a quick response after applying. First, there was a video interview where I had to record myself, and then they decided if I would move on to the interview with the department. First, there was a one-way interview online. You had unlimited retakes for each question and unlimited time to think, around 1:30 for each response, so make sure to say only what's important. Second, there was a Zoom interview with the manager.
