Got a quick response after applying. First, there was a video interview where I had to record myself, and then they decided if I would move on to the interview with the department. It was pretty relaxed, with typical interview questions about my coursework, my reasons for choosing the company, and my past experiences.

The process was smooth. I talked to a team member and the director in the risk department. The questions were mostly about my past experiences from my resume. It wasn't a casual chat, more like answering questions. I haven't heard back after the first round and am still waiting for any updates.

I applied online and HR got back to me pretty fast, within a few days. The first interview was with HR, about 20 mins, just a quick rundown of my resume. Then I got a personality survey and had a zoom meeting scheduled for the next week. This zoom meeting was 1-1.5 hours with the AVP of the position. They were super nice and it was very conversational. After that, I also met with a senior sales assistant who talked about the role. The only downside was the email decline after the 2nd interview took nearly 4 weeks. The whole process took over a month.

I first talked to the HR recruiter, then had a video call with the regional support manager, sales manager, and a regional support specialist. The last step was a mock call with the same regional support manager, but it was unstructured. Everyone was friendly, though the sales manager kept pushing sales topics even though I said I wasn't interested. They also don't send rejection notices. The whole process from applying to the final interview was about a week and a half, but if they don't pick you, they'll just ignore you. When I asked for updates, they said they were still interviewing.
