Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CaixaBank.
Intern
The evening went quite well, I wasn't expecting it so fast but good nonetheless. All the questions were well-formulated and relevant to the position. Good and enriching experience. I would do it again.
- Tell me a bit about yourself
Intern
They first looked at my CV to select candidates. Then we had a group session where we had to solve problems together. After that, HR checked which department I would fit into, and if I stood out in the group session, they interviewed me to discuss my CV more in-depth and possibly redirect me to a manager. Finally, there was an interview, not very technical, with my potential supervisor. If I was successful and chosen, I would get an offer.
- Could you please present your CV and explain its relevance to our company?
Intern
The process began with an English level test, followed by a recording where I had to answer questions, with limited attempts for the call. After some time, I participated in a group activity and an individual interview. The recruitment team from Randstad was very attentive throughout. Despite being continuously evaluated, I didn't feel any added pressure and was always treated with respect.
