Had a couple interviews, with a small technical exercise to do at home between them. Both were quite formal and had standard interview questions, but the employees weren't super prepared. The first interview had a manager and an HR person, lasting about 45 minutes. The second interview involved 2 senior managers and another analyst, and lasted about an hour. They were very slow to provide updates or respond, taking over 3 weeks.

I applied online and after about two weeks, the HR person called me. She invited me for an interview with the analyst who was on maternity leave and the VP. The analyst was looking for someone to take over her role for a year. They ended up hiring someone from inside the company.

The HR team was great and the interview process, conducted in French, was overall a good experience. Although the building's check-in system (using QR codes) was a bit unusual, it was very efficient once inside. The people I met were pleasant and professional.
