Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Caisse d'Epargne.
Commercial Manager
I applied online directly on the BPCE website. A week later, I got an email from the recruiter suggesting a first video call for the next day. During this first interview, the recruiter took notes of everything I said and summarized it at the end. This summary, along with my CV, was sent to the director. Three weeks later, I had an interview with the director. I received a response by phone three days after that interview. So the whole process took a bit over a month.

Customer Relationship Manager
Had a phone interview where I sent my cover letter and CV. Then I was invited to the company for a 2-month internship as part of my studies. The interview was to get to know me better, and it wasn't too difficult.

Communication Manager
I first had a call with HR to schedule an interview. Then, I had to complete 3 personality questionnaires ('SHAPE, DRIVE, and BRAIN') remotely, which took about 30 minutes. After that, I had a video interview with two managers. The interview itself lasted between 45 minutes and 1 hour with an attentive jury. Even though I know the company gets a lot of applications, it's more respectful to call candidates to inform them of the jury's decision. It's a shame, and even awkward, to have to mention this for a large company like Caisse d'Épargne. Remember you're dealing with people, and an automatic email is not enough when you've spent time on personality tests and preparing for the interview. Wishing you the best in your future recruitments.
