Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cain Realty Group.
Account Manager
The interview process was intense and thorough, but overall a great experience. It spanned 3 weeks and included multiple steps: a phone call screening, shadowing the team to understand team dynamics, interviews with team members, a KPA assessment, a motivation and life story interview, and finally a background and references check. The questions were deep and reflective, aiming to align candidate and company core values. I really enjoyed this process!
- What's a reason we shouldn't hire you?
- What did you learn today?
- What are you thankful for today?

Account Manager
The interview process took about two weeks and had 5 distinct parts. It was a really thorough process, which I thought was great. It gave the team a chance to see if I was a good fit for what they needed, and it also gave me the opportunity to make sure it was a job I'd be excited about.
