The interview process was pretty simple, mostly asking about your past experience, when you can work, and if you're a good fit for the job. It felt pretty chill and easy to talk through. Just be ready for usual interview questions, point out skills that matter, and show you're excited about it. If you nail these basics, you'll feel good all the way and have a better shot at moving on.

I went on a weekend, the place gets packed quick, lots of activity. It got so busy there was a large family group of 20 people, and one guy ordered 12 meals for his job… that took time from my interview… but I was patient. The staff seems nice, the assistant manager interviewed me first but couldn’t hire me, so I had to come back later that day to speak to the Night Shift manager, she said the position was already filled, but I could wait two weeks to see if something opened up.

I applied on the website and got a call a few days later for a phone interview with a recruiter. She set up a time, but then didn't show up. Then, an agency called me about an in-person interview, which I agreed to. When I got there, I waited 30 minutes, and when I asked for the person I was supposed to meet, they said she wasn't there and they had to find someone else. The interview finally started, and the interviewer seemed uninterested, probably because it was the end of their day. The questions were strange, like asking about 'the city' and then clarifying they meant my 'work'. When I asked about plans for new restaurants in my area, they had very little info and mentioned they were from Las Vegas and just there for interviews. It was surprising how little pride they seemed to have in their brand.

Had a phone interview, then a face to face, then a "Rio day" where I did some hands on work, and finally a Skype interview with the CEO. I had to reschedule the Skype interview multiple times due to the CEO's schedule and travel, but they didn't make any allowances when it was inconvenient for me. The Skype didn't work, so he didn't even try calling on a landline or cell.
