I was told I was in the top 3 candidates, but I never got a callback. When I was termed from Harrahs, I was told I could apply for another property, so I did. Unfortunately, the hiring team was pulled aside and influenced not to hire me. Therefore, I haven't received a callback or email, and I was never personally interviewed or asked what actually happened.

Behavioral Technical Other

There was a whole bunch of skills and strategy questions, plus a drug screen, background checks, and some kind of behavioral analysis. It felt like it would never end, with more testing even when I thought it was done. The worst part was realizing everything depended on passing the background check perfectly, especially since I had left another job for this one. I worried about what past people might say. Even though I hadn't done anything wrong, I knew that mistakes on paper could mess things up. I did get through it, but I was really unhappy about the unexpected risk.

Behavioral Case

It was pretty easy. I applied and got to chat with the hiring team that same week. They asked me some standard customer service and staff management questions. I dressed up in a suit and tie for the meeting, which took place at the property I was applying to work at.
