There was a hiring event at a community college. You fill out a form, then wait for your turn to talk to a supervisor at a table. If you dress nicely and act enthusiastic, you have a great chance of getting a position.

Behavioral Other

Interviews were numerous, and the process felt a bit disorganized. The initial interview was conducted by a different department at another location. When I arrived for my second interview with the actual Director of Operations, he seemed unaware of my scheduled meeting and my identity. Interestingly, I secured this interview opportunity because I was waiting outside the restaurant, and he happened to be passing by. He mistook me for a customer who wished to speak with a supervisor.

It was a phone screening, then a panel interview, and a 1:1 interview all in one day. Then they did a drug test and background check, which is mandatory. You need an Ohio Lottery License, but they help organize it and take care of the fees via payroll deduction.
