I went to a job fair which was pretty chill and fun, and had a panel interview there. Then there was a quick 5-minute math test, like a fourth-grade level. They told me I missed one question, but I still passed the panel interview. After that, I had a one-on-one interview. Got a call on Friday to get the background checks and drug test set up.

There were a few rounds of interviews, starting with a phone call and then moving to an in-person meeting. You also need to apply for a gaming license and get fingerprinted, which costs about $90. The initial phone interviews were about your personal ethics and how you handle customer service. Then, the in-person interview with two managers was about your past experiences and how they show the skills they're looking for.

We did this panel interview where they tested us on basic memory, following directions, and public speaking. Then, for the second interview, it was one on one and they asked about our past work experience and let us talk more about ourselves. The last interview we got our employee packets, a tour of the work area, and then our schedules and start dates.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Would you be comfortable dealing with difficult customers in a busy sales environment?
