Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Caesars Entertainment.
Staff Auditor
It was a pretty standard interview process. I got a call to set up the interview. Then I had a zoom interview that lasted about 45 minutes. They immediately called to schedule a second panel zoom interview that lasted about an hour. It seemed okay but then they ghosted me, which was totally unprofessional.
- Can you share something interesting about yourself?
Internal Auditor
For my internship in the finance department, the recruitment process was quite long. First, I had to submit my college credentials, diploma, and references. Second was a panel interview through Skype with an HR Person, the Direct Supervisor, and the Department Head. After that, I had one more phone interview with my future supervisor and then a face-to-face interview with the Department Head. The last two interviews were more to make sure I was being placed in the right part of the department. The whole process took around 3 weeks and it was a very pleasant experience.
- What makes you a better candidate for this role compared to other college students?
Internal Auditor
I went to the office to meet two internal auditors and was asked a few questions about general topics and specific work experiences. The interviewers were super friendly, and the whole process was excellent.
- What makes a good supervisor?
