The whole hiring process took a really long time, like two months just to get the first interview scheduled. After that, I had two more interviews. So, all in all, the entire thing lasted about 3 to 4 months.

The interview process was very thorough and extremely human yet professional. The pre screening interview was one hour and very detailed. The HR recruiter was very professional and human and was animated which provided a relaxed interview. I was 100% authentic and honest and it appeared to have made a very good impression.

HR called to schedule the interview with the HR manager and the Department Manager. It was initially set for two weeks later, but then she called back saying it was urgent and needed to be scheduled sooner. The interview went well. At the end, the HR manager advised me I might be overqualified. He outlined the next steps for the following weeks. Two weeks later, I called back, and he said they were deciding within the following week. They mentioned they would call back regardless of the outcome, but they never did.
