Behavioral Presentation

This interview didn't involve many hypothetical situations. Mostly, they asked me to elaborate on the experiences listed on my resume. They inquired about my event planning background and how I could make a distinct contribution across all three of their business sectors. It's highly recommended to thoroughly research their technology before your interview!

It was an easy interview, mostly personality questions and small questions about experience background and general banking product knowledge. They'll ask about how well you perform in a fast pace environment. Overall an easy interview and a good student job or entry level position in the banking world.

Coding Behavioral

The interviewers were great. The recruiter, on the other hand, was terrible. She wouldn't email to schedule anything and insisted on only calling, which led to us constantly missing each other because I'm a full-time student. I might be overthinking it, but it felt like there was bias because she didn't seem to value my time as a student. Scheduling anything with her took at least a week, and I had no way to follow up via email. Calling back to ask about my status felt too aggressive. I'm still waiting to hear if I got an offer, though it seems like I did well in the interviews.
