Presentation Behavioral

The interview was quick and easy. They were on time and the managers were super friendly, which was great because I get nervous. I felt comfortable right away. They went over all the details of the job, showed my portfolio using a presentation, and then we chatted a bit about my past experiences with customers and handling pressure. It was a really nice interview overall.

I got contacted a few times and was told to call back to schedule an interview. But whenever I called back, no one picked up, or it went straight to voicemail. The last time, they left a voicemail telling me to call back during specific hours on a specific day, promising they'd be available. They weren't. The other reviews seem to be accurate – this company is incredibly disorganized, and promotions appear to be based on popularity rather than merit (I checked the people who contacted me; they were in senior roles but younger than me, and I'm young myself).

I moved into a lead photographer role after working as a photographer for months. The interview for lead was basically just someone asking me if I wanted it. It came with about a $2 raise per hour.
