The interview was quick and easy. They were on time and the managers were super friendly, which was great because I get nervous. I felt comfortable right away. They went over all the details of the job, showed my portfolio using a presentation, and then we chatted a bit about my past experiences with customers and handling pressure. It was a really nice interview overall.

I was contacted by a recruiter and then interviewed over the phone by another recruiter. This second recruiter seemed unprepared and had incorrect information, initially stating I'd manage four locations, one 80 miles away. When I asked for clarification, she admitted she hadn't read the details thoroughly and became condescending about pay. She asked if I was available for a second interview, to which I agreed. However, it's been three weeks with no follow-up or rejection, leaving me unsure of the status and indicating disorganization.

The interview process was really disorganized and showed no respect for people's time. There was no actual scheduling, so they just had a bunch of us waiting around the studio forever, like sheep. Finally, after waiting for hours, I had a quick chat with the manager, which was pretty standard. But then, they immediately wanted me to do a bunch more follow-up interviews with other managers right then and there.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter for a position at CADY. I hadn't heard of them before, but I did some digging and set up an exploratory call with her. We discussed the role and the company as best she could (she mentioned it was only her second or third day), and she forwarded my info to the senior management. They scheduled an interview for the next week. However, on the morning of the interview, the same recruiter called to say they had already filled the position. It was a huge waste of my time, and she didn't provide specific reasons why they decided against interviewing candidates they had already deemed qualified. She then asked if I'd be interested in an assistant management role instead, which I declined. It was an absolute waste of time.
