Project Manager
It was 4 interviews total: first one was a Teams video call with the future manager, the second was a Teams video call with HR, and the last two were in-person on-site with the manager and a top manager.
- How would you approach change?
Project Manager
The first step is a pre-selection test covering aptitude and English. This includes several assessments: a Work Memory test to check how well you can recall prior information when new info is presented, an Inductive Reasoning test for pattern recognition and logical problem-solving, a Verbal Reasoning test focusing on understanding written text and drawing conclusions, especially relevant for retail, a Deductive Logical Thinking test to evaluate your ability to follow logical trends/rules for problem-solving, and an English Language Skills test to gauge your command of the language, vocabulary, and spelling.
- Can you introduce yourself in 5 minutes and walk us through your experience?
- A memory test that measures your capacity to retain prior information after being exposed to new data.
- An inductive reasoning assessment to gauge your skill in identifying patterns and tackling logic puzzles.
Project Manager
First, there was a pre-selection with math, memory, and logic tests. I had 72 hours to complete them after receiving the email. The email also had a practice link. The results were available quickly, showing how I ranked against others. Then, I had a first interview with two HR people. It was pretty standard, covering my background and motivations. After that, a second interview with two people from operations, including my supposed mentor. It was a bit repetitive with the HR interview, but we went into more detail about the tasks and my skills.
- What qualities should a project manager possess?
- What attracts you to the banking sector?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
