First, there was a pre-selection with math, memory, and logic tests. I had 72 hours to complete them after receiving the email. The email also had a practice link. The results were available quickly, showing how I ranked against others. Then, I had a first interview with two HR people. It was pretty standard, covering my background and motivations. After that, a second interview with two people from operations, including my supposed mentor. It was a bit repetitive with the HR interview, but we went into more detail about the tasks and my skills.
