The interview process was quite long, spanning over approximately six months. I had the opportunity to meet with many of the managers I would potentially be working with. Since this was an internal transfer within the group, the Bank generally prioritizes and promotes internal candidates, and usually, they have a specific person in mind for the role.

It was a pretty standard process. Started with a round with the working level, which might have included a few people from the same or different teams. Then there was a technical round, usually involving some modelling. Finally, I had a round with senior management or the MD.
