Case Technical Presentation

The recruitment process involved a 1.5-hour practical case study and two 45-minute interviews with different M&A team members each time. There wasn't much focus on cultural fit, with most of the interview time dedicated to technical questions. The day also included an introduction to the company and its benefits at the start and a wrap-up at the end.

The process happens over one morning, with 3 interviews almost back-to-back (1 HR and 2 operational). It's pretty practical as it avoids having to come back multiple times and allows you to meet the teams and see the offices.
