The interview process was poorly managed and showed no respect for candidates' time. One interviewer was 30 minutes late, and there was confusion about where to check in, requiring me to contact them directly. The entire process lasted an excessive 2 hours and 30 minutes. Following the interview, there was a complete lack of communication regarding an update.
